Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing eathotto.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Products and Preorders

Hotto sells self-heating meal products. Preorders are charged at time of purchase via Stripe. Estimated ship dates are targets, not guarantees. We will notify you of significant delays.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed. Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup.

5. Use of Site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including the Hotto name, logo, and product images are owned by Hotto and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided as described. We make no warranties beyond what is stated on product packaging.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hotto's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hotto, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.

11. Food Safety Disclaimer

Follow all product instructions. Do not consume if packaging is damaged or seal is broken. Keep away from children during the heating process. Hotto is not liable for injury resulting from misuse of the self-heating mechanism.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington rather than in court, except either party may bring claims in small claims court.

13. Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Hotto.
